What information do you need when I call?
Contacting Goodfellow Locksmith and getting help is so easy and smooth. We just need your name, your address, the best phone number to reach you at and how soon you need our services.
Should I have all of my locks changed if my keys are stolen?
No. You have two options to choose from. Either you have to change the lockset or have it re-keyed. Replacing the lockset means that your entire lock including the knob will be removed and replaced with a brand new one or, the economical solution, have your locks re-keyed. This is when we replace the tumbler itself which means that your current lock stays in place, but a new key will open it and all previous versions will be made ineffective.
